Step 1
Have Volrath's Shapeshifter on the battlefield.

Step 2
Ensure Phyrexian Devourer is the top card of your graveyard or in your hand to be discarded.

With Shapeshifter copying Devourer, activate the 'Exile top card of library' ability multiple times in response to the sacrifice trigger.

Discard Triskelion (or have it become the top card of your GY) to change Shapeshifter's copy to Triskelion.
