Deck Weaknesses

Enchantment dependency — both Survival of the Fittest and Recurring Nightmare are enchantments with no built-in protection; the entire tutor-and-recur engine collapses if either is answered, and the deck runs no way to shield them from enchantment removal.
Graveyard reliance — every recursive loop (Recurring Nightmare swapping creatures in, Genesis returning creatures at upkeep, Squee, Goblin Nabob fueling free Survival of the Fittest activations) requires a populated graveyard; a static exile effect or a single well-timed graveyard clear removes the resource the whole deck is built around.
Slow setup against fast pressure — the deck assembles its engine over several turns using mana accelerants like Birds of Paradise, Wall of Roots, and Wall of Blossoms as blockers; aggressive decks can drop the life total before Recurring Nightmare ever resolves, and the walls stall the board without reducing the opponent's clock.
Sacrifice cost is exploitable — Recurring Nightmare is paid partly in creatures, and outside of a Deranged Hermit token swarm the deck typically controls only one or two relevant sacrifice bodies at a time; edict effects or forced-sacrifice mechanics drain the engine's fuel at the same time they remove a threat.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand that lacks a mana accelerant (Birds of Paradise or Wall of Roots) or a piece of the engine (Survival of the Fittest or Recurring Nightmare); a keepable seven has at least one engine piece plus enough mana to cast it by turn two, since the deck cannot grind without the engine online and cannot race without acceleration.
The dream draw is turn-one Birds of Paradise into turn-two Survival of the Fittest: immediately discard a redundant creature such as a second Wall of Blossoms to tutor Squee, Goblin Nabob, and from there you have renewable discard fuel because Squee, Goblin Nabob returns from the graveyard to your hand each upkeep, so every activation pitches Squee, Goblin Nabob to fetch the next threat and chain through Genesis, Bone Shredder, Deranged Hermit, and Ravenous Baloth in the order the board demands.
Hold Cabal Therapy and Duress until you know what to name rather than jamming them blindly turn one; Cabal Therapy's flashback costs sacrificing a creature, so once Survival of the Fittest can keep fetching expendable bodies and Squee, Goblin Nabob keeps returning to be re-cast and re-sacrificed, you can flash it back repeatedly, making a patient targeted strip far better than a speculative early shot.
Recurring Nightmare forms a value loop, not a free lock: sacrifice an expendable creature to return your best threat from the graveyard, but remember Recurring Nightmare returns to your hand and must be recast for its full cost each use, and Squee, Goblin Nabob is your renewable fodder because it returns to hand at upkeep to be re-cast and fed back in; sequence a recurred Bone Shredder to clear a blocker before you commit Deranged Hermit so its Squirrel tokens have a clear path to lethal.
The grind plan pivots on Genesis in the graveyard: at each of your upkeeps pay three green mana to return whichever creature fits the moment, letting you rebuild through removal; once Genesis is online, prioritize retrieving Wall of Blossoms to refill your hand and Nantuko Vigilante to blow up a problem artifact or enchantment before you over-commit your win condition.
The kill with Deranged Hermit is to fetch it with Survival of the Fittest, cast it for the four Squirrel tokens it makes (which swing as 2/2s while it pumps them), then sacrifice it to Recurring Nightmare to dodge the echo and re-cast it from the graveyard for four fresh tokens each loop, so within two or three iterations the Squirrel army alongside Ravenous Baloth ends the game in one swing.

How to beat it

Kill Survival of the Fittest before the engine connects - once the deck has a free discard outlet like Squee, Goblin Nabob in play alongside Survival of the Fittest, it can tutor any creature in the deck at will with no resource cost; enchantment removal at the first opportunity, ideally before Squee hits the battlefield, cuts off the deck's ability to find answers on demand.
Exile creatures rather than sending them to the graveyard - Genesis and Recurring Nightmare both require creatures in the graveyard to function, so exile-based removal strands the engine completely; toolbox creatures like Bone Shredder, Nantuko Vigilante, and Withered Wretch lose all of their recursion value the moment they are exiled instead of destroyed.
Apply graveyard hate before Recurring Nightmare comes down - the deck spends its early turns filling the graveyard through Survival of the Fittest discards and Wall of Blossoms card draw; a static graveyard-disruption effect applied early forces Recurring Nightmare to enter an empty or depleted graveyard, collapsing the loop before it generates value.
Go wide with many small creatures so Recurring Nightmare activations trade down - each activation sacrifices a creature and returns Recurring Nightmare to hand to bring back one creature; against a wide board of cheap threats every loop only trades one creature for one creature, giving the Recurring Nightmare player no net board advantage while it spends mana and tempo to grind.
Race before Genesis stabilizes the loop - Genesis sitting in the graveyard lets the deck recover a creature every upkeep for 2G indefinitely; aggressive pressure forces the deck to spend mana on blockers like Wall of Blossoms and Wall of Roots rather than activating Genesis or Survival of the Fittest, and a fast enough clock wins before the recursion engine ever becomes self-sustaining.
