Graveyard dependency: Glory's protection works only while Glory is in the graveyard, so exiling the yard turns every creature back into an unprotected, fair threat for the rest of the game.
Single point of failure. The whole protection plan rides on one card; with limited redundancy beyond tutoring it up with Survival of the Fittest, removing Glory from the graveyard once strands the entire strategy.
Mana tax on protection: Glory costs mana every turn it is activated, creating constant tension between paying for protection and developing Arrogant Wurm and Call of the Herd, which leaves the deck exposed in the early turns before mana is abundant.
Engine fragility. Survival of the Fittest is the deck's consistency engine for placing Glory and recycling Squee, Goblin Nabob, so enchantment removal early collapses the tutoring — and-discard loop the deck leans on.

How to win with it

Keep any hand with at least one discard outlet (Wild Mongrel, Tireless Tribe, or Patrol Hound) alongside Glory; a hand with no way to bin Glory is speculative and should be mulliganed unless it has two or more fast threats like Savannah Lions and Basking Rootwalla that can close before you ever need protection.
The dream draw is turn-one Basking Rootwalla into turn-two Wild Mongrel; discard a card to Wild Mongrel to pump it to a 3/3 until end of turn, and if you have Glory, pitch it to Wild Mongrel so it sits in the graveyard by turn two. Note that discarding Basking Rootwalla or Arrogant Wurm instead lets you cast it for its madness cost.
With Glory in the graveyard, before combat pay its cost to give your creatures protection from the color that voids the most blockers and removal, then swing the whole board; Arrogant Wurm and Mystic Enforcer are your alpha-strike threats that close in two unblocked hits, so name the color that keeps them unblockable.
Hold Swords to Plowshares for a blocker that your Glory color choice can't get through, or for a creature shrinking your clock. Jamming it turn one on a small utility creature wastes the tempo that a wide board plus Glory gives you in the mid-game.
If Glory is stuck in hand, bin it with Tireless Tribe, whose ability only costs discarding a card, so do it on the opponent's end step with all your mana untapped, then activate Glory from the graveyard during your next attack before blockers are declared.
The grind plan leans on Call of the Herd and its flashback for a steady stream of 3/3 Elephants, plus Genesis returning Arrogant Wurm, Mystic Enforcer, or Wild Mongrel from the graveyard; keep three mana open each upkeep to pay Genesis's cost and refuel while Glory's protection carries your board through repeated combats.

How to beat it

The entire offense is parasitic on Glory sitting in the graveyard; without it, Wild Mongrel, Arrogant Wurm, and Basking Rootwalla are just fair beaters with no evasion. Graveyard hate that exiles the yard removes Glory permanently and forces every attack to come through your open defenses for the rest of the game.
Glory's protection costs mana every single turn it is used, so it cannot shield the whole team and rebuild the board at the same time. Press on the turns they tap out for Survival of the Fittest or to recast a threat, and remember the protection can be granted at instant speed in response to your removal, so aim removal at the engine and the hand, not at individual protected bodies.
Protection stops damage, blocking, and targeting but does nothing against forced sacrifice, so an edict effect punishes the board regardless of what color they name with Glory. The same hand that feeds Wild Mongrel, Patrol Hound, and Survival of the Fittest is finite, so attacking their cards and creatures together strains the discard engine that keeps Squee, Goblin Nabob looping.
Go wide and apply early pressure before Glory reaches the graveyard: while it is offline these creatures cannot protect themselves, so a single board sweeper trades up against the whole unprotected team and resets the race.
Enchantment removal pointed at Survival of the Fittest cuts off the fast, reliable route that buries Glory and recycles cards; without it, Glory only lands in the yard through random discard from Wild Mongrel or Patrol Hound, which is far slower and lets you set up first.
